im not doing textbook ex anymore, just past papers. im pretty ok with Qs 1,2,3 in the papers-namely integration complex and graphs. Poly is okay too.. its just Q4/5 onwards that i struggle with. thanks for the suggestions:o

I think you can still get a high band 4.. I want to get the highest bands in 3u and 4u (doesnt seem likely for me for 4u) and i want to get 95+ UAI. All the best! :)

That's not too bad. Ur school rank is pretty okay.. u said ur school does well in maths, so if u all do well, the person who comes~87th in ur school in the HSC, their HSC mark will become ur internal mark, so u wont necessarily get 50% as ur internal mark. yer i was just going to ask u how many...

What's ur assessment rank for 2u maths? also what's ur school's ranking? it doesnt really matter what ur assessment ave percentage is, ur rank is what counts.

people look at stats from past years i think... but i dont know where u get them from.

does anyone know what band a raw 60/120 would give? or wat average scaled mark it would give? for the past 2 papers i did im getting 57-61 out of 120.. that would scale a bit, right? what raw mark do u need to get to get the highest band?

i havent done the 07 paper either. does anyone know where i can get the full worked solns for it? or even just the answers? cz i have to d/l the paper from the net, as my success one book doesnt have the 07 paper in it.

i use my phone's stopwatch. Keep practising and youll improve. yes start without a time restriction, then mark it, & see how u go.

ohh ur accelerated..!:o so u r doing ur 2u and ext1 exams with us? i wish our school offered that...:( yeah just keep practising.. i think i started with like 45/84 (and couldnt attempt much of Q7) and now im gettin late 50s out of 84, and i can get most of Q7 out.

NO! of course not... :) if ur school's 3rd then ur doing pretty fine... ur hsc isnt damaged, just do well in ur external and ull do great. how much should 4u students be getting in ext1 out of 84? im currently getting around 57/84 (bad i know), but the point is i am improving with each paper...
