Well Frost at midnight and TLTBMP are pretty much the same length..about 1 3/4, around 70 lines...Kubla Khan is a bit less..1 page and a bit...so around 50 lines? The longest one is The Rime of the ancient mariner..which is a lot of pages.

heyz, his full name is Samuel Taylor Coleridge. I rkn its pretty hard to understand at first, but when you analyse it in class with teacher..it all begins to make sense and you get the idea...because its kinda repetitive the style he uses...and theres heaps of similarities and differences...

yup, always the HOW it represents an imaginary journey is important...and thats where you include the techniques make sure you talk about what ideas it relays about imaginative journeys too :D

and ofcourse other techniques like...similes..alliteration, metaphors etc :)

hmm techniques! theres quite a alot... but the ones i can come up with now is that he used heaps of descriptive words thats bring you into a fantasy world, theres imagery, anthropomorphism and perhaps foreshadowing.

a good text to do would be "The hobbit" by J.R.R Tolkien..why? because the story is set in the Middle Earth and all the happenings and the organisms dont exist on our planet.. therefore we imagine it, we take an imaginative journey into the world of Middle Earth and the adventure of Bilbo...

yea and prolly ask you to refer to the texts you have studied or from the stimulus booklet....may ask you to detail HOW the texts relay their ideas about physical journeys to responders.

if you have palm cards, just read it out loud to ur self many times or against the mirror ...so u get used to it... when ur up there...make sure you hav eye contact..loud, good voice...that everyone can hear...dont move around or fidget! yea dat should be about it...main stuff the marker looks...
