Did Anyone Get Confused By The Wording Of The Time Dilation Question

no...it's a thought experiment, and u don't think outside ofthe question, ie don't think about how he managed to get to 0.8c, or how the hell he is able to look at the earth's clock! however, special relaitivty is all that holds, but this means that because he is in an inertial frame of...

    Solenoid Q

yep i talked about the second one doing nothingm, cause it was an incomplete circuit and just an emf was induced with second one, the induced emf gave rise to current to oppose..llenzs law..resulted in a north pole at the right, repelling and then the solenoid goes left

hmmm...i wrote stuff like it got accelerated between the 'ds' of the accelerator, and as it accelerated, the radius of movement increases, so to maintain the same radius, u increase the strength of the magnetic field. then i said a bit about, as reaching near light velocities, the mass starts...

Did Anyone Get Confused By The Wording Of The Time Dilation Question

what would truly be funny is if the answer was c - 10 years! they come out with some shat saing accelerating and declerating so the whole time dilation thing doesn't hold, even though the question says at constant 0.8c :p

    2003 hsc large questions??

my thinking is that they're gonna use the haber process for about 4 marks, biopolymer for about 4-5 marks, a general acid question for about 6 marks, where they ask about weak, strong, indicators, and possibly titration *ugh* but the real 7-8 markers are most probably coming from the option...

    The Three Year RUle

well apparently, they say they cover the entire syllabus in three years, meaning that if we were to take the last 2 exams, and mark off every single point they've covered so far, we'll end up with the hsc exam! only problem is i'm too lazy and besides, they'll still overlap on the more basic...
