    Is it possible to prove...

    How do I prove: (20<sup>22</sup> - 17<sup>22</sup> + 4<sup>33</sup> - 1) is divisible by 174. One thing I've noticed is that if you divide all the exponents of the numbers by 11, which would become (20<sup>2</sup> - 17<sup>2</sup> + 4<sup>3</sup> - 1) is exactly equal to 174. I don't know...

    I was just looking over my old yearly maths test paper when i saw this question. school's out so i can't ask my teacher. I would really appreciate it if you could help me on how to solve it. i'm kinda slow so a step by step procedure would be REALLY appreciated thanks in advance
