Yeah I'm looking to share an apartment in the city too. Apparantly there are always places on the noticeboards at uni, and usually they specify whether they want Female, male , smoker, non smoker etc. I'm looking at going to Usyd BTW.

Yeah, some parts of physics werent that bad, but It definately wasnt the best subject. None of my subjects were very good. I liked Art when I did it, and DT was good too, but the best ever subject I ever ever did was woodwork coz I love working with my hands and creating stuff.

Our top was 99.4, then a big gap to 97.7. Last year our top was 98.5, so we did better than that at least.

Why havent I been rejected yet? Or accepted? Why leave me waiting? Its all an evil plot......:mad:

Does that mean that all the Usyd scholarships have already been offered? Including the access and Group of eight ones? Does any one know? And does any one know when they send you the thing saying that you didnt get a scholarship so you can finally give up all hope?

I know I'll get them at Uni, but in courses where Phys and Chem are prerequisites, the textbooks then make you get might not include all the basic stuff we learned in High school. Its just a safety net i suppose.

A lot of the HSC chem course was stuff that probably wont apply to Uni Chem, like learning about pollution and stuff. If you were going to teach yourself, you wouldnt need to know all that stuff so HSC textbooks wouldnt be all that help full, because they are made to fit the HSC syllabus. Like...

I went to their UAC site. I got 97.00 and I'm hoping to go to Sydney, I applied to Queensland too. I know I wont get straight in, but I've got access schemes going for me, so I'm still hopeful. I'd probably still be happy with Animal science though.
