yeah i couldnt get my software to wrk at all first for my zen nx install the software in the right order, and then try updating it at nomadworld.com after that it should detect the device when everything is connected

the only files i have in profile folder are: search.rdf localstore.rdf mimeTypes.rdf prefs.js

are sure the file is called "lock" cause i cant find that file in profile folder
