havent done it, ive seen the outline for the course they run. its real basic. everything is year 10 stuff. 1st year uni chem is just relearning HSC chem plus about 20% different. more calculation invovled. whereas hsc is a bit more just rehashing definitions.

u need to put at least one preference with uai at 60, to gaurantee u of getting at least something. there are quite a few at UWS, and other regional univeristies UNE, CSU, etc etc, there is no point putting all your preferences at 65 plus and getting nothing.

not a total waste, 1st year engineering is pretty standard, u may specialise in 1 subject though so it maybe hard to complete in 5 yeears if u do transfer.
