first statement is incorrect. they are plenty of people I know who have gotten 90+ and not been able to move up. It all comes down to if they are spots in the higher levels- C_master

I mean it also depends on the availability of spots in A2 (if people drop down or quit). Just cause you get an overall average 90> doesnot mean your confirmed to move up- C_master
