Read, listen to recorded notes, watch downloaded youtube videos or parts of films, type/write notes. Just apply normal forms of study but onto public transport. Not much different IMHO.
Do it, same subjects as me and I coped (except SOR)... You can always drop back down but I think it would be a better learning environment in there as well.
Unfortunately coming from a rural town does have it's disadvantages here. I was in the same boat as you alijane95 but I'm from Parkes where there were NO other really capable chem teachers. So guess who had to teach themselves and it shows in my marks in my signature :\\ Living in the city would...
I think it's almost safe to say you need to improve on all of them to stand a chance of a band 6 let alone state ranks... However it is only one assessment, make sure you prepare well in advance for your next ones. And as Dylanmali said, we need your rank in the class. It allows us to take a...
I seen you got that scholarship in the thread... So many things for Western Sydney applicants, none for rural xD Well done :) And you should do Med Sci! Come on it will be good ;D
That's awesome, congrats! I chose to major in Biomedical Science.. The course structure doesn't change until second year though I think (so you can always change). You can't register for your lectures or tuts until a few weeks before we start. You can see the different times available but not...
I did it, so can you :) Well I only got 92.65 and no state ranks BUT I taught myself most of it on my own.. My only fantastic teacher was for maths.. If you need advice feel free to PM me as I have experienced what you are first hand (except in the sciences)..

Good luck on your scholarship application, hopefully it works out :D

Hey I only just noticed your post: http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=273101&p=5638675&viewfull=1#post5638675
My school in 2010 was ranked 629th http://bettereducation.com.au/Results/HSC/2010/Hsc1Page.aspx
We now have only jumped up 100 spots ^_^ The stigma was more imposed...
More papers here: http://exampapers.web.fc2.com/ep/yr12.html
I didn't do any until around Term 4 yr 12... May have helped a bit but not much if I started earlier... Content first, papers later.
Lol I only got 86 for science and in my hsc got 92 for bio, Chem was embarrassing though ;) and 86 in the exam for physics.. And I come from a school that was ranked in the 600's and honestly I didn't study that much for bio or physics... Weird though I studied the hardest for Chem and it was my...
