    Case Study....

Looks pretty comprehensive. Pretty much look over the dot points for topic 1 syllabus and if any stand out include them in to your case study. Your problems and strategies are a main focus. It's good to have all those facts and figures too on trade flows and quality of life etc..

    Best newspaper to read?

Because it wouldn't be a good news source to read to gain a somewhat objective viewpoint on politics. Then again it's quite hard to come by one. That being said, I personally would not even use the Murdoch papers I know of to wipe my bottom with.

    Modern History Source Based Exam

Also, make sure if you're doing your perspective or reliability tests and you're providing examples from the source, it shows to the marker you're really getting in to the source. As it's all well and good to call a source biased but provide an example from the source which indicates it.

    HSC Graduates ! HSCyaLater :D

ATAR Aim 96+ Hmmm, mixed feelings after the exams. I overall thought I'd feel a bit better coming out of them. I was happy with Business, Economics and Modern and to a fair extent Legal. My rankings are great so hopefully that'll go down well. After the exams are done now I'm probably expecting...

    Section I: Multiple Choice

Oh, I'm not even thinking legal aid haha. I was merely thinking the right to be represented in court regardless of means. I could be wrong though, it's not a very nice question. I either forgot or did not know about that case, but it sounds familiar..

    Section I: Multiple Choice

I think for 12 it's (B). Because the Constitution may not explicitly say but the right to a fair trial generally implies legal representation. There is such thing as implied rights within the Australian Constitution. That's what I think at least.

    Section I: Multiple Choice

Judges can interpret and apply human rights legislation which are passed by statutory laws. Statutory laws are not 'enshrined' in the Constitution to my knowledge. Therefore (B).
