    I have the bowl-cut syndrome

For some reason, the top half of my hair (above the ears) grows literally three times as fast as below my ears. Also that hair tends to uncontrollably stick out to the side rather than flowing down In another words, no matter how I cut my hair it magically turns into a bowl-cut within 3-4...

The Thread for ALL FIRST YEAR QUESTIONS.

Umm no 391, 392, 393, 394, 395, 396, 397, 399 all stop at Anzac Pde infront of the Uni and all X- buses don't stop at UNSW, as they don't make any stops between Kingsford and City You can also catch a 371/372/373/376/377 to Randwick then take a ~3 minute walk to upper campus. Avoid the 374/378.

    What you hate about UNSW

I hate having 9am classes in Biomed or Mathews, when the bus takes 10-15 minutes just to get from Anzac Parade to the 2nd stop. I'm pretty sure I can walk from the first stop on High St all the way to the lecture and still beat the bus.

The Thread for ALL FIRST YEAR QUESTIONS.

If you absolutely need your dose of Anna Choy you might see her tutoring other 1st years in the room adjacent to the computer lab. You can always study there during the tutoring hours and ask her for help. I gotta agree, she's on a completely different level to the other tutors, although the old...

If you can figure out how to print them so they're in a sensible order when you staple them it'll be fine Sometimes I printed 6-8 lecture slides per one side of an A4 paper and it was still legible because of how big the font was. Haven't found any notes so far that really required me to keep...

    PHPH2101 Typical Lab Hours

Do the Physio 1A labs normally go for the full 3 hours or finish early like the 1st year bio labs? I have 9am-4pm of straight classes on that day and my only lunch break depends on this :uhhuh:

    undergraduate BSc. Geography HELP

GEOS1701 is a prereq for a lot of 2nd/3rd year GEOS subjects, so it's pretty much a must for Geography majors. BIOS1301 is a new course, and isn't a prereq for anything IIRC, but it does give you an introduction to a lot of environmental science topics. Personally I didn't like the course that...

    Shifting courses...(for psychology)..???

Qualification wise, B Psych is exactly the same as BSc(Hon) or B Adv science. All B Psych is a B Science that automatically locks you into a Psych major, requires you to maintain a 65+ WAM to "stay in or get demoted to BSc", and gets you a guaranteed honours year as long you've maintained the...

    Exam Thoughts, S2 2008

Not nearly as hard as the "sample" exam they gave out before but still really fucking hard. I could probably count with my two hands the number of times I saw a question and be like "HEY I KNOW THE ANSWER" <---- also hoping for a CP :burn:

    Exam Thoughts, S2 2008

25% of the test tested on material not covered in tuts or past papers another 25% on binomial probability...which is like 1 week worth of content? meh. CHEM1021 on Thursday - got murdered by the equilibrium questions, organic not so bad.
