That's what I'm saying. I believe the new agreement said that anybody who performs the role of supervision (despite not being rostered), should get the appropriate rate. Something they neglected to do prior, and probably still do.

This could be accurate. We're getting a new payroll system apparently. You have started using it? Afaik, the EBA states that anybody who supervises, will be paid the appropriate rate. (Stores like to only pay those on the roster, so for e.g. if you do a supervisors break, good luck getting paid...

Hmm.. From the sounds of it you're just performing a basic role. If you were in charge of the entire store and staff members like an inventory manager would be, then it would probably be different. I don't know, I could be wrong? Sounds like a task they would have a nontrade employee do, are you...

In my state, duty manager is classified as EBA employee 5b and is paid a base rate of $23.09 irrespective of age. Salary is impossible to tell because every person can be different. It all depends on how many days you work, how generous your store manager is and how generous your HR rep is. I'd...

I would ultimately phone the store you worked at and ask to speak to the pay clerk. Tell them you worked at the store on X day and have not been paid. They will fix it up for you.

Woolworths needs to sit down and develop an elegant/professional looking polo that is actually comfortable to work in. This could have been done instead of their grand plan to wear jeans, which ended up being a waste of time as it was scrapped (like seriously, come on?). How could they think...

Weight x price? Just dump it into produce or do the refund on a register that has scales. Pretty simple..

Search EFT, it's under EFT troubleshooting or something like that. It's a long document.

Re: the eftpos codes. Each code has it's own meaning, including stolen cards or cards that have been inhibited by the bank. It's just a matter of knowing what the codes mean. Check storenet.

Woolworths doesn't accept those sorts of gift cards, not my local shopping centre gift card anyway. If the commit deposit doesn't work, can always try another register with a new gift card.

We have 12 tubs sitting on one of those big ass home delivery trolleys as mentioned above. On any day, they are all completely full and there will be another 3-5 FULL trolleys of stock sitting in front of it. It's a repeating cycle, we are never stock-free. It's fricken annoying.

Isn't it 5, 5, 7? Something like that. If not, just go through the menus until you find it? Easy peasy. Scan away, press esc and let it upload. Done.

I get all the coins in my right hand and grab a few at a time with my left hand and drop them. I grab 3 or 4 at a time and just add them up as I go.
