Yeh, what you say is true, but really only to a certain extent. Having a tutor complements for what you learn in your textbooks, hence, helping your understanding of the topics further. Moreover, having a tutor means that you can ask certain questions that cannot be answered from the textbook...

If you want to do Law, you should choose modern/legal. However, it doesn't hurt to do a science, so you can replace a science for one of the two. With that being said, if you can handle it, doing 14 units is also a viable option.

I bought the Jacaranda Physics 1 book (3rd Ed.) from my local store a few weeks ago. It states that it has worked answers to every question online on "www.jacplus.com.au" as it is a ebook or something. However, I've searched and searched and cannot seem to find these answers that I need so...

Your school marks does not equal to your HSC marks. For one, your school may set their tests much harder or much easier than what is average. What is important is your rank, which will determine the School Mark you will receive.
