    Nope? The update has almost doubled the speed of receipt printing for us. E.g. if you press "reprint receipt", it comes out instantly as opposed to a couple of seconds delay on the old software.

    Yeah I remember a few people bitching on the Woolworths FB page recently. Maybe some stores aren't able to get the new radio due to incompatibility or something? I must say, I love the radio now though. It's fantastic compared.

    In regards to the relaunch and managers working late, how is it going to work? It's started spreading around the store that they want the 2IC to do 1pm-10pm. How will this fit in with supervisors? They'll have to pay 2 people supervision during the night? :\

    Yes you would. If Loss Prevention catches people they have to call 000, or if they are ATTEMPTING to catch them but they are resisting. We only have store security on Friday and Saturday nights (and they're utterly useless), but other times we give centre security a buzz and they're quite good...

    I'm sick of silly people who don't take the second to actually read a tag. The first thing I do when a customer says "The price is wrong", I whip out a spare orange ticket and say "Was it one of these?". It pains me so much.

    Oh? I've never had an issue with fuel vouchers. Did you know that Coles has a button that generates a fuel voucher from the POS? Once again, Coles has one up on us lol. I imagine there would be misuse by staff though. Especially considering we can opt-in to receive points instead of fuel vouchers

    Thanks for the info on the relaunch. Could people please post uniform pics as soon as anyone finds them/finds out. Also, on the older phones, you could always call other stores by pressing "Speed" and then the store number. Our service desk phone was completely barred from calling any numbers...
