I do not count the change back like that. I count the change as I take it out of the door, and count it to myself as i'm holding the till right before I give it to the customer. I never shortchange or overchange anybody, never have.

I say "$26.45 change, heres your receipt, have a good day!" That's what I say to every single customer. Is that what you meant by 'counting the change back'? Cheers :D
