We give out fucking 3 hour shifts for front end to save costs and so theres no need for a break. Everyone in front end hates them!

I'm starting to learn the terms (STM, SSM), etc. Our STM is a really nice guy, easy to talk to, nice, etc. I know who my SSM is now, and i'm pretty scared of her lol. No idea who the SSS is, and not sure what they do exactly either.
