Tips for being the favourite supervisor :P

Well they shouldn't afaik. I am my DM's "ends" bitch, my CSM and 3IC were VERY clear about me not doing them, but I still do anyway. Basically they are his responsibility apparently, no anybody elses (aside from grocery which idk, probably their job to help out)

Thursday night my supervisor had to do a liquor break, so she got somebody else in self serve and put me in s/s to kinda fill her place since i have half a clue (unlike some people there). "Send xx on break, put xx to take over, when xx comes back go do xx job", was great to do something different.

Good job dude, compliments feel amazing especially when you're having a crapola day, really makes the difference. Any tips?

Lol. Any department can go to the backdock and put rubbish in at ANY time. They just jump on the P.A and say "keys to the back dock", then person with the keys runs them up. Simple :P

I watched my DM and SSM do those at night when we were really quiet. Took them about an hour and a half, but the ladder was huge and looked like fun to be on :P

Yep basically the same as ours... It's amazing what they have done to windows to chop out and restrict so many features of windows, feels so dodgy to use :P (it's not amazing, but im surprised it boots haha)

Oh must be different than Victoria. Here grade 5 is entry level, grade 4 is off probation, 3 is office cashier/etc etc etc.
