Maybe you could try the movie thing again, ask her if she wants to grab something to eat after? Just talk to her like you usually would, pretend that you are having a convo in the science lab, if that would make you feel more comfortable. EDIT: Just don't refer to science equipment etc

Just curious to know why is it that it is seen as acceptable for girls to give each other oral, or to use strapons on each other, but it is not acceptable for guy/guy incounters. Do guys lack creativity or something?

I have a casual job too, and find that it is really hard to balance it as well as my school work, esp as I do a distance ed course at home. I think that it CAN work, as long as you get the balance right, and don't take to much on.
