So apparently we are getting green polo shirts for all out Self Serve attendants :(

Our CSM does. Most days she does 7am til about 7-7.30pm(sometimes later),and on Thursdays she does 7am til 9.30pm.Although she normally takes all her breaks(even if we doesn't go for the full length).

Training for the new Self Serve system that has been mentioned is now available on the allyours e-learning system. Looks Fantastic!

I wasn't there,but according to a colleague,they all got reamed at the end of saturday,as apparently the store has been over budget for ages,but nothing has been done. All departments have to reduce hours(Frontend has to reduce over 100!) Gonna be so shit! :(

Good Day today. Only served for 50 mins out of a 5 hour shift.And just got home from my Favourite Supervisor's 21st Birthday party tonight.

At my store,we always use the Service 31,32,33 etc Call. Also,we use Service 15 - Visitor

I`m good. I`m on School Holidays,so extra shifts for me. My only day off was yesterday. Being used to doing the majority of my shifts in Self Serve, The Whole days on checkouts are hard to get used to!
