UOW offer it as a straight 4 year degree and it is well respected. My understanding is that you get more electives and the PLT is included in the 4th year. However, my thoughts are that employers in law probably expect people to have 2 degrees, it broadens your knowledge at the very least.

Regardless of whether it suits her, if she is failing standard english there's a high probability she won't get in. Failing standard aint gonna give a great UAI.

It is in essence an essay subject, the HSC exam is completely written. Although there are only usually two essay questions, the other two sections are short-long answers. Success in AH comes through belting out as much info you can, whilst keeping it relevant and detailed with sources/evidence.
