Can Anyone Tell me how to Open Self-Serve? I just got a phonecall from my CSM asking me to come in at 7.30 & Open Self-Serve. I have never done it before! Our usual Attendant who opens can`t work.

Also, IRC, aren`t we meant to have PDAs for the Self-Serve Attendants? Just wondering cause i`ve never seen them EVER at our store. If I am correct,how do they work, what can you do with them etc.
