Our school makes us do accelerated. The only subjects that aren't accelerated are Maths and English, everything else is.

I changed from 2u to general at the beginning of term 1 last year. Best thing l ever did - its simpler than 2u and not much h/w either!

I don't buy many cds...can't save up the money or theres really no need to... I have never burnt one before because it takes a long time and when it stuffs up then you have to start again.

I don't mind it, but l wouldn't go out of my way to watch it. I have the movie on dvd and l have only watched it about 3-4 times. Its funny but its kind of old now.

Try having a BIG jar of jellybeans - or whatever. People buy tickets (at 50 cents or $1) and guess the amount that is in the jar. Whoever gets the closest wins the jar of lollies.

Thats true, and you can be extra creative. Just think - you'll learn more than previous years because you have to do all the work yourself...yay :( :p

We have 4 newsletters a year - our school doesn't do much. We have "dates for your diary" which is the dates for the upcoming events (within the next term) Also there are advertisements (paid ones l think), sports message, message from the librarian, etc.
