why dont you read the textbook along with the teacher? If you decide to go the independent route and do it by yourself, what exactly are you going to do? you are going to read the textbook. so just do it in class and do some extra study at home. you dont have to go fully independent

yea, although you may want to consider maths study, since some year 11 stuff appears in the HSC every year, up to 10% (might be 20%, forgot exactly) of the paper in year 12 you should revise more often. like revise a past topic for each subject every week but yea, just enjoy year 11
