    They'll stamp your form with a stamp that says "no TFN provided" so I guess you go to the student centre later, you have until the HECS census date of 31st of March to change it.

    If your doing a retired course, the subjects still run, until everyone has graduated from that course, my course is retired too. You can do majors from the new course for your old course, some of the subjects you would have already done though. Choose the subjects from your old course...

    You can provide your TFN at a later date - they dont expect everyone to have them when they enrol. You have until the 31st of March to provide the uni with your TFN.
