My friend is working as an office assistant 1 or 2 days a week. Movies (is that considered retail?) Or tutoring for an HSC subject or a musical instrument. But yeah don't be picky, expecially now. There are hardly any jobs so just take what you can get.

Yeah same with me. I live 10-15 minutes away in no traffic but the public transport is pathetic. I'd have to walk to the station, catch a train to chatswood, change trains and then walk to Uni (I have no idea how long this would take me cos I haven't done it yet but I'd imagine an hour +) Or...
