I am all for driving at a speed appropriate for the conditions. Sometimes that is over the limit, sometimes it is under. If you think you are a good driver, and that is your justification for speeding, you are probably one of the people that I actively avoid on the roads.

The theory was that the increased hormone levels induced by exercise caused the epiphyseal plates of the bones (which are responsible for you growing) to close prematurely, at least that is one theory. Studies so far have not supported it though.
