    Do i have to be concise with my Defintions?

    By their nature (especially in english), some terms will be vague and imprecise. When giving definitions, using an example to illustrate your definition is probably the way to go. Idk about legal specifically but you don't want to be too specific sometimes, as it limits what you can talk about...

    I write notes on a per topic basis, because i found other that way i had a wholistic view of all the information and could make more effective notes.

    I guess its like trying to do d/dx (x^x) as x*x^(x-1). Bcos "x times" is also varying, you can't just diff it normally.
