For SHM questions, do you have to derive the formula v2=n2(a2-x2) using acceleration since its not on the reference sheet? Or can you just whip it since its SHM?

Yea I saw it earlier on, it only has one entry though. It says an 80 got aligned to 95 which is pretty insane lol, so I'm not sure how that translates over to aligning to a b5.

I did pretty poorly in trials, barely passed. Hopefully from now to the exam, I can lift my marks a bit to at least scrape a band 5. So I just wanna know roughly what kind of raw mark would scrape a band 5

It's impossible for Mod C due to the nature of that module, but one thing you realise about the new syllabus is that Mod A and Mod B are more or less the same as the old syllabus, maybe some different text and some little differences. So I'd assume that memorising can get you somewhere at least.

For common mod essay, mod A & mod B, it looks I'm just gonna straight up memorise. For mod C i'll probably just make a plan with ideas from texts. I haven't even changed my essays after trials... although they did get 16s and 17s so hopefully its alright.

I hope....., otherwise im screwed for english especially. I still dont know how to write a decent discursive..

Starting off, it was alright, but near the end of section 2 it got a bit difficult. There was this assembler language question, where you had to translate a loop from psuedocode to the assembler code. I realised that was gonna take me too long to do so I had to skip that. For interrelationship...

Funnily enough, my English trials is worth 20%. But I think all my other subjects are close to that. Worrying that I haven't studied enough for my other subjects, since for the last 2 days i've been memorising my english essays.

oh man, I reckon for the mechanics and calculations I should be alright, since half of that you learn in physics advanced mechanics. Materials, I don't know what else to do but just cram. And drawings omg I'm so bad at, i'll probably skip it if its too difficult and come back at the end.

Oh you do engineering as well? I happen to be super trash at engineering lol. Im terrible at drawings and pretty much know near nothing for materials and stuff. Probably gonna mega cram when engineering paper comes close.

Well for common module its not as much of an AOS, its super broad since its texts and human experiences, which literally encompasses everything. Mod A i reckon is more or less the same, i'm doing the same texts as my school has done for the past few years. Mod B is critical study of literature...
