    hmm yea just did a bit of research. Some fairly mixed reviews general consensus is that presses are obviously the main muscle builders for chest as they recruit more muscle fibers. Flys are still have their place though

    i think flys are pretty effective as well. Arnold did flys.. using 38kgs..Having said that not every exercise works for every person not exactly. depends how you contract them. Done properly and not fully locking out, you can isolate the chest without the need to tire out the tris
