    An emulsifier allows two immiscible substances to mix. Test 1 shows that neither the oil or vinegar is the emulsifier since it forms a suspension when mixed. It is flawed logic, I know. But I felt it was the most correct answer.

    you're probably right for 7 and 12. But for 15, A says 'reacted with each other'. There is no reaction between the substances. They only mix.

    Agree. APRA - much more regulated financial markets. Helping our economy deal with the financial crisis. Floated dollar - Opened up our economy to the rest of the world. A wide range of microeconomic policies to increase productivity. OH WAIT LOL. DATS PAUL KEATING.
