Mmm, what makes you say that (actually very interested in your input)? I had a quick look at both, and MATH1031 (besides the few foreign topics) looks a bit too easy, while the topics in MATH1011 are freaking sex :) EDIT: The 'few foreign topics' look like they're from the Ext1 course...
