    Paper 2 - different forms

Not really... you just turn your topic sentences into questions! The subjective nature of truth comes to the fore in "We Ain't Got Dames". turns into something like I-ER: So, what would you say is revealed about truth in the episode "We Ain't Got Dames"? I-EE: Ah, well, the subjective nature...

    heart of darkness

lol.... np... if ur still in need of analysis.. this is my hod paragraph from my area of study: Joseph Conrad's novella, Heart of Darkness, also grapples with the notion that the physical journey evokes enlightenment, embodied in Marlow's journey down the Congo River. Despite the physical...

    Paper 2 - different forms

Yeah, best thing to remember is that no matter what text type/question they ask they still expect you to meet the syllabus requirements (which they include ontop of the question.. or just below.. can't remember) Hopefully they ask for an interview/report... seeing as you don't have to change...

    King Lear Hsc

'nothing'- interesting. i've told quite a few people i think they might ask a motif-focused question. sight, nothing, wheels, etc. i think if they do want to be cunts and throw that stuff at us they'll make it a 'to what extent' question so you can still bring other elements into your response...

Lol, fuck this module. I've been taught to learn/include in my essays: - the play's reception in its original (Jacobean) context - two other readings of the play: we did nihilist and liberal humanist, polar opposites, to show the extent to which differening values/beliefs can produce diff...

    URGENT Q regarding English essays

It's just what I've been told by my teachers. I use first person in my ModB (and, sometimes, in C) only because I hate having to mess around with syntax to make it 3rd person. Either way works, do whatever you're more comfortable with.

    band 6 hope gone

Meh, a friend of mine wasn't even taught other readings for her Module B. You're in a better position for a band 6 than you think. Besides, personal responses don't need to be that significant/profound. Maybe a few sentences weaved into your response, or a paragraph at the end of every idea...
