Considering the MQ one is a DFEE application while the UTS one is a CSP application, you can apply for both and being offered at the same round. Thus it doesnt matter which one you will have a greater chance because you can try for both at the same round.

^ lol. i have to decide on the same thing but i choose UTS, closer and easier to get to and from for part-time work and everything i believe UTS also takes a more practical approach, which i love i heard Macq is best if u wanna do Commerce(acturial studies) XD

our school did worse than last yr 11 band6s in english vs. 19 last yr zero band6 in phy vs. 1 etc. xD highest uai 99.5, as compare to 99.65 last yr

it's $20160 this yr for full fee. ouch i can only manage to pay my CSP fee up-front through 4 yrs of working =( i think i will get a transfer later, but D-average is probably not going to happen

not everyone gotten 90+ had it easy a lot of them probably couldnt afford tuition, experienced domestic problems and craps but they fought for it many complained only because their effort wasnt paid off.

@ frigid - thanks! @ lottoX - I know some subjects are taught under UNSW and not under UTS or MAcq, meaning we might have to study extra in 2nd yr (if we did get a transfer). i might go uts, macq too far for me, but UTS has Business instead of Commerce..not sure wat's the difference thou...

parents very happy and pleased, mainly coz i beat most of our selective-school-family-frds (me the only one in a non-selective school) they are proud for knowing i did it without tutoring, with a job for 5yrs and shit eng background (unlike all the family frds). HAHA =)
