Well the thing is, the UAI isn't released to the Schools. The only way the School could find out every students UAI was either use a UAI estimator or if the student tells the school what they got (hopefully it was true). Only the HSC marks of each student are reported to the School.

Not many schools would release the HSC marks of past years students though.

@JKDDRAGON: I am very aware of the anti-plagiarism detection software used. I've also taken the time to analyse it. How it works is very briefly it checks the runtime of your program. Identical programs with different style and different variable names will still result in exact same runtimes...

If a teacher is being inconsistent with marking, it is up to the student to make the complaint to the teacher, head teacher or if needed the principal. I hardly believe that a school would ignore such procedures performed by the teacher.

As long as your mark isn't changed to something lower than someone you beat, it wouldn't make too much difference. The marks you receive at school at moderated by the board of studies to ensure fairness is achieved throughout the state.

actually this is only one stage of 3 stages of the full assignment. and i only handed in first stage since stage 1 + style marks = 50% im happy with that cuz i cbf doing the others since its only worth 10% the assessment.
