    make sure that before you buy the textbooks you check they are the right edition as legislation and cases may change (in particular precedent, interpretation, legislative amendments, etc ) :)

    This is why I did not apply for grad law at usyd :P unfortunately, you do not get credit for your law subjects as usyd counts them as part of your other degree as like a sub major which means that you will have to repeat the law subjects again

    you said you looked in a unit outline? Don't forget that unit outlines change every year so it was most probably an old one :) I did a couple of night classes and they are actually better than day classes as you get things done quicker than the day classes and there are a lot of mature age...

    lol legally blonde :P On a serious note, if you can get your hands on a documentary called "street lawyers" it is about unsw students who work at the kingsford legal centre and it goes into details about the stress of their clerkships, their work experience and the degree so far.

    I would contact the course co ordinators for the ones that are invalid because that means that they need to make a spot for you or you haven't done a pre-req.

    the only office juniors i know working in law firms are not law students but rather school leavers. Law students usually take jobs as law clerks or paralegals :)

    Not really considering the average law student (assuming just straight fresh from school) finishes at around 22/23 yrs old
