here i bet this is the problem lol when you go to the top/bottom edge of the page the cursos changes to tis oder thing with an up/down arrow...click and it goes how you describesd (it hides extra white space at the top and bottom...click it again and it will go back to normal :D

it depends if you code you can just use notepad. if you don't code then its dreamweaver or frontpage. personally, i use frontpage cause it has all the familiar buttons etc like in word/excel/powerpoint.

basically, in the field for name where it asks you for the criteria just write "*a*" that should do it
