The worst thing about legal referencing is when u have note 34 for example and then when u fix it up and stuff u have to go and change all the places u have note 34 to the new number :( hope that made sense :p I doubt it did :p

No they should not be doing this :( This is a vital resource to all UWS students...when I get in the mood I will write a letter :P All this for a medical school that is going to be located in campbelltown this means that they get all the funding and us law (and business, arts, etc ) students...

Those cases are contract law cases, entering a competition as your assignment was constitutes as a contract :)

Simon is the best law lecturer I have had. He knows how to relate to students who have just finished hsc, unlike margaret who thinks everyone should be at some high level of understanding. You will enjoy your time with Simon, just make sure you read your stuff cause sometimes he can just ask...
