That is strange, i don't understand the logic behind that.
If you're eligible for EAS points you should be eligible for scholarships. EAS is an extremely tough process.
Was that EAS SO1A- Socioeconomically disadvantaged school?
That is what i had but in no way was i eligible for the personal financial disadvantage points. The only reason why i was eligible for SO1A was because of govt funding to my school.

In all seriousness, don't spend too much time on them. Past papers are everything, you need to develop strong exam technique (applying the content required in the SPECIFIC way the question asks) rather then just know every dot point in the syllabus.

If you enjoyed commerce i would strongly recommend economics. The people i knew who did well are those who enjoyed the subject as eco requires you to look beyond the textbook and be up to date with current global economic events and conditions. The subject was really an eye opener for me...
