    Just make good use of your tutor. If r0te learners can get E4s in 3U and 4U, I don't see why you can't do it as well. And there's probs quite a few people in my school who gets much crappier marks in my school compared to you and want to do 4U.

    Avg prediction for short answers? Less than 5/10? @Deswa: Our grade, according to D, has 60 suitable candidates for Standard English :haha: I think she'll increase that number after seeing our short answers.

    I couldn't even interpret it at all. I think I spent too much time on the essay. (I did the first two easier short answers first then went to the essay then rushed the last two short answers) I didn't leave enough time for the 4 marker. :cry:

    The first 3, 2 markers each were alright. I think I could get 5/6 at least. 6/6 is ideal. The last one, 4 marker, absolutely destroyed me. I didn't get the poem at all so I BS'd so bad with random techniques. I'm hoping for 2 or 3 marks but I might end up with like 0 or 1. All depends on how...

    Each one has its own advantage, e.g.: Written notes: - Allows better memory retention of information due to the writing process - MAY improve the hand mechanic (better (legible) writing presentation, increased writing speed, etc.) Typed Notes: - You can go back and edit them. - Better presentation

    Doing past papers and questions/homework is the best way. Just looking at worked examples, studying formulas or looking at notes won't help much. As LoveHateSchool said, Maths is a DOING subject.
