Actually we do have BCom-finance. It's a three year course I believe, and you won't be able to do FIN310 in third year. I think this degree is more flexible than app fin in terms of planning ur timetable but I also believe there are more ppl going for applied finance degree than just bcom...

just a random Q, if you are at the situation of being screened by HR dept for an interview, does it matter 'what' units you took at your uni?? for example, you are a finance major and took language,law and some other arts elective units over say, finance and stats units. Or is it something...

How do I get rid of units thats been added to my course details? i mean those units from 'potential enrolment list'. I've added this and that and my course details just getting messier and messier.

Its good that you killed the pre-final assessments, but this is the part where it proves you don't deserve a distinction. Usually in unis, especially where the subject is reasonably doable than other subjects and easier to score higher marks, its those 1 or 2 questions that differentiates CRs...

I'll just give a go at ACCG251 and 201. ACCG251 Shitloads of reading, lecture slides are long, boring, and not fun. In one semester, 38% of students failed (I've seen the graph on a lecture note once.), so thats almost 40%. But on average, 30% of students fail, so yeah. You don't get...

I'm an finance/accounting student but thinking about ditching ECON200 to do ECON201 instead. Back in my first year I enjoyed ECON110 way more than I did 111, i.e microeconomics. I had a good look at the unit outline of each units, 200 and 201, and 200 seems to have crapload of mini topics...
