What is so good about being a virgin?

Common sense isn't too common, heaps of people don't use protection. I'm not just talking about cases I've heard on the internet.

What is so good about being a virgin?

The pros of virginity are linked to circumstances which could be considered more "moral" than the entailment of accidental speed bumps. When I say moral I simply mean liberated from guilt. For example, once a you're pregnant so is the whole family who have to sacrifice their money, time and...

Not sure if I should do both modern and ancient history

Alright, I've decided when the lines come out, I'm only going to do one. But which one? I'm leaning towards modern. Blah so indecisive. I was in way over my head to think I could handle the amount of essay writing involved... going to do bludgy hospitality instead!

    What are your career aspirations?

Maybe I'm crazy for wanting to become a psychologist. Otherwise I wouldn't mind working at my local corner shop. :apig:

Girls, what do you think of boys who cry?

I prefer sensitive guys and it wouldn't be awkward if one were to cry in front of me. I wish it was more culturally acceptable to be an emotional guy.

    Does anyone else suffer this?

My career's advisor actually warned us that S&C was "really difficult." I'm choosing it anyway, but would she be referring to the workload moreso than the degree of difficulty? I suppose hsie subjects are difficult in a different way, but I still wondered why she had to stress how difficult it was.

    meditation

I don't meditate consistently as part of my routine, only occasionally since it's easier to indulge in thoughts :/ When that starts to nails my head in, half an hour or so definitely helps with migraines.

What is so good about being a virgin?

Religious/ethical reasons are reinforced by my personal choice, so even if I didn't subscribe to any spiritual teachings I probably would've chosen abstinence anyway because prudence, self-control is a personal value I uphold. One of my biggest fears is teenage pregnancy. Also not a fan of...

can u like/love someone over the net?

All of the guys I've fallen in limerence with I've never met because I'm too dorky for dating (not all have been over the net though). My standards for "love" are well, unrequited, as I have no experience to measure it against, and it doesn't help that my wishful dreaming is so vivid, "real" and...

    What makes a guy/girl UNattractive?

    Nitpicky people.

Should I leave at the end of this year?

I want to pursue counselling and am having second thoughts about continuing onto year 11 and 12... would it be pointless to? Would a tafe course be more worthwhile? My parents have advised against it (you need more life experience!) but my friends are saying if the subjects school offers aren't...

What subject are you most looking forward to studying next year?

I'm so annoyed my school doesn't offer studies of religion AND IT'S AN ANGLICAN SCHOOL. (actually, that's probably why...) *lykzomglyfsux*
  15. C

What are you going to do next year?

How about Mind and Morality? Do you have any info/links for that?
  16. C

How do you challenge your prejudices?

I'd rather be the one prejudiced against. At least then I'd have less reasons to justify and hold prejudices myself.

    Bump...? I'm curious.

    Religious affiliation

Liberal Christian/Buddhist Synthesis! [:: I've been told I'm not Christian for this and that I'm not Buddhist for that as if it's heresy to integrate the two. Well I'm done with people confining their categorising to claustrophobic parameters when it's clear they don't determine how...
