    so who scales, and when does it happen? according to my english teacher, our marks are scaled at school, then sent to the board. is this the way it really works? it seems a bit iffy.

    so how is the hsc test mark determined? it would "scale" according to several factors right? that being said, my english teacher was telling us this year, someone may get a 100% mark sent to the bos, after scaling. i asked if the school scaled marks, then sent them to bos. she said yes.

    is your internal assessment mark sent to the BOS as a scaled mark? would this mean that highschools are given the guidelines by which the bos will scale each subject in a particular year? or do the school just send our raw marks? assuming that the school sends scaled marks to the BoS...
