    Twin deficits theory

    my teacher told it like this: equilibrium in an economy is when S + T + M = I + G + X rearranging: (S - I) + (T - G) = (X - M) assuming that S = I: then T - G = X - M therefore if: T < G, then X < M i.e. Budget deficit (T < G) and a Current Account Deficit (X < M)

    Any 4unit Ppl?

im aiming for 81 in 3u... made a stupid mistake and left out 2 marks my 4u mark is gonna be around 85-95/120, and i think that is crap the marks that 4u ppl get in the 3u exam usually affect how much the scaling will be for our 4u marks, so im hoping it all goes the right way :)

    projectiles

when given a question, are we allowed to go straight to one of the motion equations, like 'v2 = u2 + 2as'? or do we have to go from 'a = -9.8' and go from there?

    phys and chem

i reckon chem is easier, both for marks and understanding the stuff we need to know some parts of phys is interesting, but sometimes the theory gets a bit complicated for pracs, chem is much more fun and hands on rather than having to watch most of the demos the teacher has done for us
