well at the moment, we're behind in the lectures and my tutor basically ditched the IPAAC method...it's not easy, but it's not too difficult so far.

I'm not saying it is. I'm saying that just because cases are foreign doesn't mean that they're irrelevant.

yeah, i'm using foreign cases as well e.g. Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball is an English case and it plays a pretty important role in formation. Yeah i'm doing an all-nighter as well - first time. Went to the state library today - a lot of CLAW1001 students.

^yeah that's what i thought too...but i guess we'll have to rock up to hand it in... i wish i had've received this notice earlier, maybe then i would've actually went to my MKTG tutorial - luckily its the first time...

yep the day session... so far the stuff been pretty easy - hopefully it'll get harder because so far i'm not getting $295 worth EDIT: Actually i'm not getting my money's worth - i really thought it was going to be challenging because i got a band 2 in maths
