EAS Scheme, does not add marks to the UAI, but rather lowers the UAI cut-off for the course they want to get into, if they are successful in their application for EAS.

So some subjects drag your mark down.. I do visual arts.. I come first in art all the time.. I also do modern, history extension, advanced english, mathematics 2U and studies of religion 1U. Will my UAI really be effected by doing art?

i was under the impression that your subjects shouldnt really make that much of a difference unless you cane them. i do business stud, modern, physics, 2/3 eng and maths and those subjects shouldnt restrict me in the slightest....right?

To the above 2, as long as you do wel in the subjects, scaling won't affect you.

theres nothing wrong with setting the goal of 100uai. realisitically though it is a very hard to achieve goal and even if u think u aced everything you still not garunteed it. so you will need to be prepared to face that you wont achieve it. on the other hand if you do set it and nto achieve it usually ull get a very good uai anyway (99.somfin).

as for internal assessments are concerned, depending on how good your grade is at the subject you do not necessarily have to come first. as long as you are high up. if in the exam you ace it and the guys that beat you internally do well then your marks wont be affected very much.

finally: if you are in ruse... you have a decent chance at it... usually half or more of the people that get 100 are from ruse XD
