I know about the different rounds and stuff, but how do offers from different uni's work? Can you get two offers from different uni's? Or just your single highest preferece?

Single highest preference you're elligible for, regardless if you change them or not in later rounds. In later rounds you may get an offer for another course but will still only be offered your single highest preference you're elligible for.

You get one offer per round per "organisation/uni/application" you apply to. You get the offer in your highest preference you qualify for.

If you apply through VTAC, QTAC and UAC you will get one from each. You may get subsequent offers in your later rounds if you qualify for anything higher up your preference list.
