Hey guys and gals,

Just got another job offer today; making me potentially have 2 jobs. Should I tell my other employer about this job or not?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Congrats! May I ask what the jobs are? Personally it's up to you, but if the times/shifts don't clash, I don't think it's necessary.

As the above poster said, there really is no need to do so unless the new job will limit your availability to do shifts at the first place of employment.

If you told the first employer that you have unlimited availability and are on a casual roster, they probably won't be happy. But it depends if your shifts clash.
