Hey guys as title suggests i received 2 offers from USYD, first one was during the main round for Civil Engineering, second was in the late round for Economics. Now i'm very confused over what to do, as i want to do both. Is it possible that i could call up USYD and ask them to let me do both of them combined since i got an offer for both? thanks guys any advice would be appreciated!

No doesn't work like that, you have to choose one or the other.

If you want to do a combined degree you need to apply though UAC for one of the specific combined degree programs. There is an B Engineering/B Commerce Combined degree. You can do economics in a B Commerce. Change your preferences for the final round.
