2003 Students - Perfect 100? (1 Viewer)

Did anybody acheive this, or know of anybody that did?

Apparently some guy at my school called Sam did. He came first in the state last year for Persian Continuers. Im not sure if its true or not since I didnt see his name in the paper and youd think that someone who got a perfect 100 would top the state in one of their subjects, but you never know. I wouldnt be suprised if it was true though, he won so many academic awards and stuff while we were in school.

In 2003, 16% of students received a UAI of 90.00 or above, 31% of 80.00 or above, 45% of 70.00 or
above, and 58% of 60.00 or above. These figures are the same as for the 2002 UAI.

Once again, the middle UAI in 2003 was approximately 66.00. To achieve this middle UAI, students need
to be in the middle of their courses and receive HSC marks between 70 and 80.

Twenty one students received a UAI of 100, one fewer than last year. However, this year the students
were made up of 10 females and 11 males, whereas in 2002 12 females and 10 males received a UAI of
100.

In contrast to previous years, the majority of the 21 students come from government schools.

i thought the UAI is a ranking

and a UAI of 100 means coming 1st,

how so can 22 ppl or wutever, each obtain the same mark.

this is incredible.

one from sghs got 100. Apparantly she topped every subject she did except english advanced, for which she got 94 (or 92, forgot). heheh, amazing innit? She topped EVERY subject she did.

btw, this is what i heard when i went to school today. im quite sure its true, forgive me if it isnt.

she got 92 for eng adv... n no... she did not top EVERY subject she did... but came damn close...

the dude is full of shit... he claimed in another thread that he got an ext of 100 n int of 97 for chem which would give him an overall hsc mark above 97... but the top mark this yr was 97...

It won't change anything, and you're only lying to yourself. (This isn't directed at anyone in particular, why not tell the truth? )

Even though this was about UAI predictions, it applies for HSC Marks too.
