Haha I completely missed that.

So you need y' = 3x2 – 12x + 9 < 0.

This happens at 1 < x < 3, doesnt it? It cant be x < 2. Take for example x = 0 (which is < 2). y' = 9 which is > 0.

Also for the series question, I figured that 0 terms would equate to a sum of 0, but I guess its probably more right to ignore the n = 0.

oh dammit, i misread. i found y" instead

bah the stupid mistakes will be the end of me. if i did the cssa paper i would've got 108-110/120 - should've been 118-119 if there were no stupid mistakes :chainsaw:

5 b ii incorrect height

for 5bii you have the height as equalling 2 however the height == .5 therefore it should be 1/6 instead of 2/3- please clarify

goan_crazy, please remove that link for a while. Our school has not done the CSSA 2005 Math 2U paper. The test paper might leak to fellow students if they are not remove. Our school will conducted the math 2u tomorrow August 15.

In the mean time, I ask you to please rmove that link. I believe that few students have know this paper and has the potential to spread to other students.

it's not legal to do the cssa paper after it has been done on the set time....
